Freezing and Thawing

We look to add the ability to freeze and thaw dialogue in wiki. For several years now we have explored the relationship between wiki and blockchain for precisely these reasons. Neither concept alone appears sufficient for epistemic purposes over long periods of time.

We seek to add water to wiki. We began with fluidity, and now we explore Freezing.
