The reason why I am so dedicated in my effort to understand "agility" combined with the Scandinavian learning circles goes back to the joy of downhill skiing (!)
The metaphor of skiing dowhill has a reference to speed, losing control, adapt to moment of gravity - and to still having fun.
This leadership in the fall-line is a like playing with the inner balance - and for me - it is like a dojo of tai-chi with skies on: as to have the balance in the naval. The inner skiing approach and the art of being in flow - in the fall line (topography).
