The reason why I am so dedicated in my effort to understand "agility" combined with the Scandinavian learning circles goes back to the joy of downhill skiing (!)

The metaphor of skiing dowhill has a reference to speed, losing control, adapt to moment of gravity - and to still having fun.

This leadership in the fall-line is a like playing with the inner balance - and for me - it is like a dojo of tai-chi with skies on: as to have the balance in the naval. The inner skiing approach and the art of being in flow - in the fall line (topography).

I write this with a smile and give gratitude to the the person, who inspired me and to enter into this method of Leadership and to bring skiing into fearless decision making coined as Miick Method -miick.com

At the core of Agile Learning is the concept of Learning Cycles.

This experience of accelerated learning creates Joyful Sandboxes as teams of committed people focus together to solve meaningful problems.

As we seek to reimagine education, we are guided by an Agile Learning Manifesto.

Once people have felt the exhilaration of this type of learning experience, it is very difficult, if not impossible, to return to the old way of learning and creating.
